It would be particularly useful if you could: -- draw some comparison between the 1960 and 1970 general purpose forces and capabilities of the USSR, Communist China and the Warsaw Pact countries, well as what we think about the future;, - discuss the effect of the Sino -Soviet difficulties on the size and disposition of the forces of both sides; -- review their tactical nuclear capability what ,where is it, what training is involved, etc. -- discuss, if possible, their doctrine on the use of con- ventional forces and nuclear forces.
