Strategic Forces
Attached is the latest version of the President's Quarterly. Report on
Soviet Strategic Forces prepared by CIA. Since there is nothing of
particular interest to highlight to the President this past quarter and
since NIE I1-8 on strategic offensive forces is due out in the near
future (we are currently reviewing the draft), we have not prepared
a memo to the President to forward this quarterly report.
