Chinese Delegation Visiting Yugoslavia: Hsiang Chung-hua,
a deputy chief of the Chinese army's general staff, arrived
in Yugoslavia on Friday for a ten-day official visit at the
head of a high-level military delegation. Hsiang is'reciprocatina
the visit to Peking last fall by Colonel General Branislav
Joksovic, a deputy chief of the Yugoslav general staff. Since
President Tito publicly exposed the so-called cominformist
plot last September, Sino-Yugoslav contacts have blossomed on
almost every level. Such contacts could provide Belgrade
with another source of military materiel, but there has been
no evidence of such cooperation thus far.
