Since. January 2S, a total of 15, 000 North Vietnamese personnel have entered the pipeline. -- Tn southern South Vietnam, relocations by elements of up 'to 3 NVA divisions have sulastantially increased the concentration of Communist units (6 regirn?ents, 2 division headquarters) in the nortla.ern delta/C'arxibodian border area near the potential entry .point of Hong Ngu. Meanwhile, the North Vietnamese have probably deployed at least two AAA regiments from southern Laos into Cambodia since mid-?February. This is the first. de-. ployrnent of North Vietnamese AAA regiments into the CO5VN area of . Cambodia. -- The? level of detected vehicle traffic moving in Laos declined some- what. ?during the past: e~ieek, but the rate remained high. .High .levels of resupply are also reported ix~, the central and southern Laotian panhandle' and eastern Cambodia. Allied air. strikes in Caxxibodia against traffic control points and moving targets are causing considerable destruction of facilities and supplies, but large volumes continue to be moved.
