This is further to our response to your letter of 17 September 2005
requesting an Executive Order mandatory declassification review of the
"the classified CIA Report, completed in 2002, discussing the handling of
pre-Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist threats, as described in the attached news
clippings."
We have revisited your letter and in light of the recent delivery of the
final 9/11 Report, we are reprocessing your request.
