Psychological Services Division.
The following. is provided as input to your report to the DDA:
OPPPM s Recruitment and Placement directorate considers the services
provident by Psychological Services Division (PSD) to be of critical
importance to the Agency's recruitment and staffing system. PSD administers
and evaluates the Professional Aptitude Test Battery, the Photo Interpretation
aptitude test, and the computer pro-ramming aptitude tests. These tests are
predictive of future success on the job and, as such, are metal tools to be
employed when reviewing applicants for Agency ermploymeaL
in conjunction with our counseling program, we also rely or. PSD to
test and evaluate employees who are seeking reassignment- Once again, the
PSD assessments are extremely valuable in counseling employees or prospective
jobs which are compatible-with their interests and skills.
