1. PURPOSE:
To provide additional funds to cover a cost overrun incurred
in the production of seven (7) Camera Processors for Project
2. DESCRIPTION OF WORK OR SERV REQUIRED:
Place additional funds in the amount of $17,991.70 on Contract
No. INC.-143 with Eastman Kodak Company to cover a cost overrun
incurred in Fiscal Years 1958 and 19!i9 resulting from adjust..
ments from provisional overhead rates to actual overhead rates
by subcontractor.

None.
4. TOTAL ESTIMATED COST :
Total estimated cost of overrun is $1.71,991.70. Funds are avail-
able for this purpose from the following Fiscal Year 1958 and
1959 allotments:
