2. In this connection, the IAC also agreed that the second
sentence of paragraph 3, c of the 22 July draft revision of
NSCID No. 3 should be reviewed again when these directives are
presented for final IAC consideration, to determine whether it
should be included in the final form of NSCID No. 3.
