1. Mr. Wisner and I talked with Sen. Symington concerning
a possible investigation of NCFE by the Senate Hnvestigating Com-
mittee, of which the Senator is a member. We have asked him to
tip us off if he should hear any indications of a possible investigation
and he agreed to do so. The Senator also requested a memorandum
on S. 1110, a bill to authorize the appointment of a DDCI.
