MF MORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: Conversation with Representatives John O. Marsh
and Burt Talcott re Breakfast Briefing on
26 November 1969
In a telephone conversation with Representatives Marsh and
Talcott it was agreed that each would bring three or four of his
colleagues, including some who were not members of the House
Appropriations Committee, for the Z6 November breakfast briefing.
We tentatively set the time for 8:00 a. rn. and they said they would
be prepared to remain for at least two hours, of course they did
not want to keep our key people tied up for this long. They said
following the breakfast they would welcome a brief rundown on. the
Agency organization and mission, and informal briefings covering
matters of current interest including the Green Beret case, the
Middle East, etc. They also said they would like "to walk around
the building? a bit and Marsh spoke particularly of a visit to the
Ops Center and the Domestic Communications Activity center
which he had seen previously.
