roster of CHALICE cleared personnel with the object of identifying
those individuals who because of the Eignificant change in aircum-

3. Upon the com .tetion of this review., and by 1 February 1961

ing, two lists of pereonnel. One w.19. include those persons debriefed
under Project MALI( "along with their signed debriefing statements)
and the other listing the individuals who must be avers of Project
iDEALIST in order to bubport its operations.
4. Possession of an IDEALIST alcarance of course does not
'suggest that access should. be hsd to t.etails of all operations but
only those the person requires to lmosr in order to support IDEALIBT0
Along this line certain soeeitie npe-rEtions conducted under IDEALIST
ill require the maintenance of an access list by each 'parties ti.ng
agency of persons ID ALIS1' cleared who have been given information
pertaining to these irpeoifie operations. Such specific operations
will be identified in subsequent n noranda.
