Asked in to pass on three items.
(a) Congratulations from everyone at SALVE REGINA.
(b) Three months ago, Dr. Schaeffer nominated
you for an Honorary Doctorate from SALVE REGINA. The
Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees recently
approved the nomination. (She asked me to emphasize.
to you that this was all done prior to your recent
appointment.)
(c) Would you honor SALVE REGINA by accepting
the honorary degree on 22 May 1977. Formal letter
to follow.
