1. CHINA -- NCNA CHANGES
The following changes, have been. announced recently for NCNA external
services: the Russian radioteletype transmission for Europe at 16:00-19:00
is now on BZT36, 16%+32 kcs replacing BZT30, 10650 kcs; the English rad~o-
teletype transmissions for Europe and Asia at 11:00-13:30 and 1%+:00-16:30
are now observed on BAM7i, 10556 kcs replacing BAM74r '1%+%+96 kcs; BAT91,
10632 kcs has replaced BAT94, 14431+ kcs during the 14:00 English -radiotele-
type transmission for Europe and Asia; the 00:00 English radioteletype
transmission for Europe is now on BZG40, 10247 kcs replacing BZG41, 12853

2. CHIIITA (TAIWAN)
Taipei, CENTIRAL NEWS AGENCY, in English worse to the Far East at 10:00-

3. FRANCE - AFP CHANGES
Additional AFP transmissions in English radioteletype to Africa have
been observed as follows: 17:30-19:00 on FPP97-rTK45, 15977-15455 kcs and
at 20:15-20:45 on FTK61-FPKB, 10615-10185 kcs. An AFP transmission directed
to East Africa is transmitted at 19:00-19:30 on FPP97, 15977 kcs.'
AFP transmissions in English radioteletype for the Far East are now
operating according to the following schedule: 07:00-15:40 on FTU8-ZHK33-

4.. CUBA -- PRENSA LATINA MATERIAL FOR CTK
Havana, PRENSA LATINA, in Spanish worse to CTK, Prague is now observed at
approximately 05:00-07:15 on CMPL10-CML59, 17148-6768 kcs. The transmitter
on CML32, 10220 kcs is used irregularly in this service.
Point-to-point contact between Havana, and P~;oscow has been noted through-
out the day on various frequencies. CML32, 10220 kcs is observed during the
period 05:00-07:15 in contact with RTC71, 103&5 kcs and RSF21, 9870 kcs, No
press material has been observed during these transmissions. (W, E)
5. URUGUAY -- PRENSA LATINA~ AFP CHANGES
An AFP worse transmission in Spanish has been observed from approx~.-
