1. Between 6 flay 1953 and 17 January 1054, individual parachuting from
altitudes between 600 and 000 meters was daily practiced over the
?areaw-Okecie (52011'17/20057'E) airfield. It was observed that two
yellowish-white parachutes were fitted above each other. Presumably,
the jumps were made for training purposes. Two to 3 biplanes continuously
took off and made several local flights until the first jump was made.
The aircraft landed individually. Subsequently the practices were
repeated. 1 In addition, 3 to 6 single jet aircraft were seen aloft

winter months, red, green and white flare signals were observed in the
morning and at night. These signals were partly given from the aircraft
and partly from the field. 3 AAA firing was occasionally heard at day
and night. No AA gun emplacements were observed. Firing at disc targets
towed'by aircraft of unidentified type at altitudes of 800 to 1,000 meters
was occasionally observed during daytime. 4
2. A newly constructed three-story building which measured about 20 x 30 meters
and was surrounded by a wall was seen Just southwest of the riding
training ground. A dirt road which was off limits extended to this
building from the road to Sluzewiec near the supply depot. Sedans occupied
by high-ranking officers repeatedly drove up to this building which was
occupied by soldiers wearing khaki aniforms with yellow-brown collar
