SUBJECT. Request for TALENT Billet
It is requested that the position of Assistant
Security Officer, Special Projects Staff, be approved
for clearance in the TALENT system. The incumbent of
that position is Mr. Kenneth R. Folkerth.
The clearance of this position is requested in order
to improve the physical security and handling of TALENT
materials in this office. Mr. Folkerth is Mr. Packard~s
principa7.e assistant on all matters pertaining to physical
security, special courier services, and related operations.
