I talked with
about the indemnity agreement in connection with their per-
formance of a hazardous contract at . He said
the wording of the indemnity agreement was satisfactory and he would
sign the contract realizing that changes might later be made in the
details.
Since they had no insurance coverage he fe
that a decision should be reached at the earliest opportunity. I
arranged for a briefing of the DD/A at 11:30 on as October.
