Foreign Commerce A BILL To amend the Communications Act of 1934 to prohibit the interception of communications by persons other than public officers and employees in the exercise of their official duties. 1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 2 tines of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 3 That section 605 of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 4 U. S.
