Don Brazier, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (Comptroller)
in a meeting with Ed Braswell, Chief of Staff, Senate Armed Services
Committee, and Ralph Preston, Staff Assistant, House Appropriations
Committee, to discuss possible alternatives to the present method of
covering the Agency budget. See Mr. Clarke's Memo for Record.

Vietnam. The letter was reported by Jack Anderson in his ':Washington Post
column of 13 November to be in possession of the Central Intelligence Agency.

announcement of the letter together with the New York Daily News item of
14 October reporting the same matter for forwarding to the Justice Department.
