1. Since we have not received a reply to our letter of 15 ~Y 1959
we are nos~r wondering if you still anticipate serving as Consultant
(without compensation), with the Scientific Advisory Board, Office of
the Chief of Staff.
2. Our letter requested that certain forms be executed and returned
to this office; these forms must be received and a security investigation
processed before you can be appointed as a consultant.
3. If you no longer intend to accept appointment as Consultant to
the Scientific Advisory Board, we would appreciate your advising
this office. An addressed envelope is inclosed for your convenience.
