1. Action: The Minutes of the meeting of 5 March 1951

Second Annual Report of the Committee
2. Discussed some changes in draft previously distributed
and ordered Chairman to circulate revised draft for telephone concur-
rence of members.
3. Action: With reference to paragraph 2e. of the Annual
Report the Chairman was directed to write to the State Department in
the name of the Committee endorsing the reconstitution of the London
Publication Procurement Officer post.
1. The State representative suggested that the [translation
services anLtranslation of selected materials be included.in the
responsibilities of the Exploitation Subcommittee. The Chairman of
the Exploitation Subcommittee pointed out that the problem was under
discussion in his committee. )h . I
