Gentlemen:
1. Reference is made to Contract No. LG-5005 entered into by
the parties hereto as of 27 August 1963.
2. By this Amendment No. 5, paragraph D under PART III of the
Schedule is deleted in its entirety and the following paragraph D
is substituted therefor:
"D. Notwithstanding the foregoing and in accordance
with the provisions hereof entitled 'LIMITATION OF GOVERNMENT'S
OBLIGATIONS' there has been allotted to this contract the amount
of or performance hereunder."
3. The completion date of this contract is hereby extended to
15 December 1966. Billings after this date shall await the results
of final negotiations and formal settlement of this contract.
1i. All other terms, conditions and requirements of Contract No.
LG-5005, as amended, remain unchanged.
