1. As you know, a decision has been made to move the Office
of Special Activities from the Headquarters building. This seems
to dictate the merger of these two Signal Centers prior to this move.
2. If this is agreed by the Acting Deputy Director for Science
and Technology and the Deputy Director for Support, please proceed
accordingly. If not, please discuss the matter with me without delay.
