I. I am not satisifed with the proposals we have in Systems
25X1A Research Laboratory regarding

2. At a meeting of 5 May, it is concluded that several sites
would be selected and a request for proposal developed reflecting the
requirements of these sites whether a land or submarine station would
be employed.
3. At a meeting today with I it appears
that some progress has been made in the selection of sites in which
operations can be conducted. By 20 May I would like to have this business
wrapped-up. Would you let me have a complete program by 20 May
including the following:
a. The sites against which operations are to
be conducted,
l). The information to be obtained,
The schedule by which equipment can be
rnnade available,
ci. The expectant cost of the program,
e? Complete schedule including final report.
