In reply to your letter of January 6 and my
reply of January 11, I would like to let you know
that Mr. Swain has discussed with representatives
of Mr. Demmier's office the matter of possible
security significance of the information publicly
available in the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The conclusion of this examination was that
the publication of the material which they examined
does not involve any appreciable strategic danger
at this time.
