The official newspaper iden- tified the six as: ? Oscar Berlin, a "former administrator" of Sol IIurok Attractions, which sponsors many Soviet musicians, dan- cers and .!actors appearing abroad. ? Dianna Hayes, who alle- gedly presented herself here as the owner of the '"Anchor Industrial Co." Later, it said, she came t Russia and attempted to "giv Soviet people an applicatlo form for the FBI." It did no explain why the FBI, officiall an internal security fore should want agents in the S vict Union. Lukyanov, it said, mixc with Soviet tourists, artist Tying to seduce them with .the American way of life." [In Washington, the State 'Department said it had no com- ment on the charges. Officials said Lukyanov' is not listed on their rolls. It said Berlin tried to re- ,cruit members of the Lenin- grad Opera Ballet Theater in 1961 and of the Ukrainina Dance Ensemble in 1962, when the 'two groups -visited the United States. Izvestia said, Miss Hayes tried to pass secret drawings, of new U.S. aircraft , to? Soviet citizens, but said she did, this on the approval of the Federal Bureau of Investigation:. ? Vasili V.
