Stockholm, May 26-A Swedish air force colonel -

Col. Stig Wennerstrom, 57, for-
mer Swedish air attache in Mos-
cow and Washington, said he had.
no difficulty in collecting infor-

tries for the Russians.
No Preblem for Him
"This was no problem for mc,
as I made purchases. for the
Swedish air force," Wenner-,
strom said in secret pre-trial pro-
ceedings just made public in part..
"The air force bought a greal
deal of material from the U.S.
and I visited many industries, It
was easy to make contact with k..'
the top executives."
He said he turned over to Mos?

laris submarines.
The U. S. Embassy here-has
denied that Wennerstrom eve:'
spied qn behalf of the U. S. But
Wennerstrom told Swedish police
he had been so busy .getting in-
formation for both the Americans
and Russians, when he was sta-
tioned .in Moscow after World
War II, that he had-no time left
for his attache work.
To assist him out, he said, a
Russian general drafted ? his: re-
ports to Stockholm.
He-said he had given .informs-
tion about the Russians to -the
Germans in 1940, when he was as
sistant air attache in Moscow.
