1. telephoned regarding the following:
a. He requested a further report on the passenger list of the Pan
American plane which crashed near Elkton, Maryland, on 8 December.
(After consulting with Bob Bannerman, I reported to Hank that we would
get the passenger list information to him as soon as possible. It was
delivered on 18 December.)

b. He was also awaiting a report from Bob Bannerman on a recent
"Lockheed Digest of the Air" about which General Carter had spoken to
him. I told him that was going to get the tape of the
"Lockheed Digest of the Air" because we did not consider it prudent to
request this on behalf of Security. (This report was delivered on 17
December and read at the USIB meeting on 18 December by General
Carter.)
c. Hank also requested that we arrange a special tour of the White
House, Capitol Hill, the FBI, and the CIA for Mrs. Carter and three
guests on either 20 or 21 December. (The tour for Mrs. Carter and
her guests has been arranged for Friday, 20 December.)
