SUBJECT: Meeting with
Risk of Capture, Vietnam Orientation Seminar

1. At 1000 hours I met with A&E Staff, and Mr.
25X1A9a -, SO/FE Division. Subject of the meeting was whether or
not to include anything on risk of capture in the Vietnam Orien-
tation Seminar. It was agreed that some coverage would be
valuable if not essential.

2. It was tentatively decided that would discuss
25X1A9a the requirement with at - this weekend. On 25X1a,6a
25X1A9a Monday, 6 December, will contact the undersigned as to
25 1A9a whether - can give an adequate coverage in about two hours
time and whether he can be available some time during the work
week of 33 December (the running of the VOS #2). Following that

to decide what should be eliminated from the program in order to
accommodate the additional material.
3. suggested that certain additional books be added
to the Vietnam Orientation Seminar bibliography to tie in with the
