SUBJECT: Agency Telephone Information Servje
1. The General Services Office ill issue a CIA Telephone
Directory during the month of Apri , 1953. The cutoff date for
the April issue will be 15 Marc 953. Additions, deletions or
changes for the directory as r orted on Personnel Information
Cards, Form No. 37-6, and re ived in the Machine Records Branch
through 15 March 1953 will1be reflected in the April issue.
2. Prior to the Y1ove cutoff dates each major Agency Office
will prepare and forty d a new consolidated organizational
directory listing t the Organization and Methods Service for
publication in th classified section of the March issue.
3. The e iciency and accuracy of the CIA Telephone
Directory, a well as the Telephone Information Service, is
dependent on each Office reporting required approved
organizat nal listings as well as personnel locator information
in acco ance with CIA Regulation
