SUBJECT : Tansfer of files of the Special Panel, Incentive
Awards Committee
Transferred herewith are the following files pertaining to the
Special Panel of the Incentive Awards Committee:
1. Record of Suggestions - Action taken by the Special Panel
on all suggestions received (completed and active).
2. Meetings - Memorandums of Minutes of Meetings of the
Special Panel and Incentive Awards Committee, received from
the Office of the Executive Secretary, Incentive Awards Committee.
3. Policy file containing regulations, memoranda and other
material pertaining to the Incentive Awards Program.
4. Pending file containing material relative to the sugges-
tions now being processed or awaiting action by the Special Panel
as follows: S-994 (3X), S-1895 (S-476), S-1976, S-2107, S-2250,
S-2315, S-2329, S-2339, S-2355, S-2380.
5. Although S-2281 and S-2267 are also pending before the
Special Panel, files on these suggestions are not included in this
transmittal. S-2281 was referred to TSS/.for determination of 25X1A
operational value. Experiment now being prepared. File is in
hands of S-2267 file is in the hands of
