and Briefing of Those who were Selected
1. In discussing the principles involved in the selection
of JOT's to be sent for training to 0C #8, A/IITR has agreed that
if C/JOTP, after
a. evaluating all reports,
bo considering the man's background and experience
or potential or both,
c* recognizing his desire for CS training, and
d. conferring intensively with the man's JOTP
Training Officer,
fuels there is no disqualifying attribute in the man's equipment,
he should be given the opportunity to show his worth by being
allowed to attend the Course.
