The Director called Representative Mahon re the budges presentation which is scheduled for Monday, March Z5th. The Director a" Mr. Mahon exchanged greetings and then discusses= the new CIA headquarters building, which Mr. Dull** offered -c- show to the Congressmen, any time Mr. Mahon had the time. They alto discussed the now road leading to the building, and the frr cto: praised Mr. Mahon for having gotten the money for build in this rot and said Mr. Mahon should be very proud of it. They then directed their conversation to the upc , and the Director said he was doing his homework, on instrs.cted to bring only one person with Kira to ":: he on Monday. Mr. Mahon said he understood this to be b - Chairman's wish, and that he didn't understand it at all.
