reports relating to W'IS requirements. it does not engag. is substantive

with other poets or with otbor sources. It can be said, bewever, that
Military Attache reporting is the principal and frequently the only reliable
source of new information With respect to the l chapters coweri basic
Intelligence of primary importsaaaace to the Defes$. Agencies. (i.e..

Chapter VIII - Armed Foress).
