The CMIFORMAT program is a COBOL. program which reads the CMI file.and
produces a printed report to be used by the Mission Analysis Branch (MAB).
The input data for the CMIFORMAT program consists totally of data records
from the CMI Master File located in an Edit Report compatible exec file (EDT*CMIMST).
This file contains a header in the first two sectors and CMI data in all remaining
sectors. The data is written. as three 70 character records in each pair of sectors.
The last two sectors of the file contain records of all 19's'.
