I. Description
A. Software Summary
This Lib-Label program will generate any number of labels, printed on a
specific label form, from data card input. It will also produce an 80-80 listing
of the input cards. It is executed in batch mode with cards. The labels generated,
the 80-80 list, and the original card deck are returned to the requester.

C. Input and Output Description
1. Input Data
Punched cards - The program deck will be supplied by the user just as it is
to be input through the card reader.

As part of the execution, the printer will halt and the message to mount label
forms will appear on the console. The operator should mount circulation control
labels and then answer the mount message.

Also, output will be an 80-80 printer listing of the cards. The label printout
and the listing should be returned to the requester together.
D. Program Execution
1. Equipment Required
a. Univac 1100/80
b. Printer
c. Card Reader
a. The operator should load the user supplied card deck for the
Lib-Label program.
Mount labels when the following message appears on the console:
Then as part of the program execution, 20 labels with one line of the letter
9 will be printed as a check to insure that the actual label data will be
centered. The operator should try to center the label as much as possible.
3. Abnormal Run Instructions
a. All messages should be directed to the user who submits the card deck.
b. If a system or processing error occurs, the job should be rerun.

2. Output Data
There will be consecutive labels output, one line of data to each label.
The number of outputs will depend on the number of data cards input.
Below is a sample of the size of the label form page to be used:
