Subject: Engineering Change Order No. 1
We present for your consideration our initial change order
in accordance with Document OSA-1614-63, dated 25 March 1963, as
received from Wendell. This change order is related directly to the
Navigation Panel (CG8006A1), and will double the destination capabilit
of the INS. Our proposal is a result of discussions held between STA INTL
of Headquarters.
Enclosed is our Engineering Change Proposal form presenting
the required information together with our cost exhibits (Exhibits I and 11),
plus a pictorial presentation of the change.
We propose that the fabrication and assembly of the kits be
under Contract FL-4004 (FY 64 Spares), while the installation of the 16
kits be under Contract FL-4003 (FY 64 Repair and Overhaul). The rates
as contained within these two accounting exhibits are the same as our
initial proposals for the FY 64.
For your information the material cost of
the kits consists of the following items:

covering
Add - Misc. and Scrap
