1. The Critique for Mission C031C, flown on 30 Jan
71, was held in the OSA Control Center at 1430 hours EST,
16 Feb 71, Representatives from OSA, OEL, and NPIC were
present, Following personnel critiqued on applicable
portions of the mission:

JUSTIFICATION
This mission is in response to the USIB requirement
for photographic coverage of high priority targets along
the North China coast. The 40 Committee has approved
four photographic/ELINT missions for this month. This
U-2R aircraft,

priority targets.
The mission aircraft is configured to carry the
