SPECIFIC Disposition of Station Financial Records Subsequent
to Field Audit by Field Audit Staff
1. At such time as a field audit has been concluded at a Class
A Station and all questions resolved to the satisfaction of the Field
Audit Staff, financial records and supporting documentation for the
period covered by the audit may be forwarded to Headquarters for
retention in archives.
2. Clearance from the Field AIit Staff is to be obtained prior
to inventorying and shipont.
3. Such records and documentation are to be packaged and trans-
mitted by dispatch bearing the oiicator. True no= receipts
are to be handled in accordance with paragraph 7a(3).
