Comment., This is presumably the first complete list regarding
deliveriesoan Soviet orders, as it covers al o the innerzonal shipments
to Soviet military fuel depots in addition to export and reparation
deliveries. Outgoing shipments in September amounted to 582 tank c "r-- to-ad d
with about 14,000 metric tons. The monthly average production quota for
this plant in 1952 was about "25,CCC metric tons. It is assumed that
innerzonal Biel shipments for civilian and econoric requirements and
No information has been received indicating that the plant failed to
fulfill its Five-Year Plan quota.
