line, of large radio-location (radar?) apparatus has been set up a little
east of the former Estonian-Soviet frontier. The following spots are
known to be equipped with the above apparatus:
a o Two kilometers west of the town of Pskov, north of the railway.
b. Slightly north of the town of Kingisepp in the Leningrad oblast.
c. At the village of Rudilovo, 25 kilometers north of the town of
Kingiseppo east of the railway."
