1. It is proposed that Foreign Documents Division, Office of
Operations, prepare for publication and dissemination to the IAC Agencies
a regular monthly "Consolidated Translation Survey," which will contain
a listing of all .known translations in process and completed by the IAC
Agencies and CIA during; the month immediately preceeding the issue date
of each publication.
2. The proposed publication will carry the regular Foreign Documents
Division, CIA cover and conform substantially to the format of attached
dummy. The fly leaf will carry a listing of -che t encies par-cicioatin~
in the tra:aiabion coordination ef`ort.
6. The need for time publication, both as a reforence ,sort and as a
