3 H.P. AIR COMPRESSOR
This is a single - cylinder, vertical, air - cooled compressor. Capacity
22 cubic meters free air per hour to pressure of 6 atmospheres.
The machine is driven through V - belt by a 2.2 KW. motor,
mounted on a horizontal air reservoir of 150 litre capacity. The unit is
easy to move around as it is fitted with wheels.
The flywheel also performs as a fan, effecting cooling efficiently.
The crankshaft is fitted with ball bearings, ensuring smooth running.
Lubrication is performed by the rotary crankshaft carrying the lubricating oil
from the crank case to all the rotating parts.
A pressure gauge and a spring safety valve are fitted onto the air
reservoir. When a pre-regulated pressure, range 4 to 6 atm. at will, is
exceeded, the machine will be stopped automatically. A filter is provided
for filtering exhaust air and a pressure regulating valve for regulating the
exhaust pressure.
This machine, as the main source of supply of compressed air in
workshops, is used for driving various kinds of pneumatic tools for spraying
lacquer, cleaning machines, etc.

AIR COMPRESSOR
This Air Compressor is of single cylinder, double acting, horizontal,
water cooling type. Capacity cubic meters free air per minute to
pressure of 7 atmospheres.
It is advisable to supply cooling water by coolant pump, but pipe
water may also be used, Lubrication of the various parts of this machine
by means of splashing and injection. Supplied with automatic pressure
regulating device, the compressor being economical in the consumption
of power and ensuring safety against excessive pressure in air receiver.
The machine is used in mines, civil engineering works and industrial
plants, wherever compressed air is needed for pneumatic tools.

TOOL GRINDER MODEL M6250K
This machine is suitable for grinding carbide tools. The carriage is composed of lower slide,
upper slide, and rotary table. The tool to be ground is clamped by special holding 'fixture and
subjected to cooling action during grinding.
The cross travel of lower slide along guideways and the longitudinal travel of upper slide along
the working surface of grinding wheel are both effected by hand; the swivel of working table
which is fixed on the upper slide, may be adjusted according to scale.

SPUR GEAR SHAPING MACHINE
This machine is used for shaping internal and external spur and
helical gears.
The machine works on the generating principle of workpiece and
cutter rolling together. It can be employed to cut helical gears when a
special copying guide is fitted on the spindle of this machine.
This machine can also be used to cut gears such as stepcone gears,
gears with shoulder, etc., which provide very little recess for the run out of
cutter during cutting.
The number of recip,ocating strokes and circular feeds of cutter are
regulated by the gear box and the feeding box respectively. The indexing
mechanism is controlled by means of change gears. The stroke of cutter
can be adjusted by changing the position of set pin on the crank mechanism.
The teeth of the gear may he shaped by cutter in one, two, or three
strokes. The number of strokes and the feeding rate of first, second, and
third stroke are controlled by means of a special mechanism.
The directions of rotation of the cutter spindle and the working
table are independent of each other.
