Please accept my appreciation for your outstanding contribution to and support of the Chemical/Biological Warfare (CBW) Intelligence Subcommittee of the DCI's Critical Intelligence Problems Committee from September 1984 to April 1985. 2. As you well know the subcommittee dealt with one of the most difficult and perplexing challenges confronting the Intelligence Community.
