2. Los Amigos del Libro; which is one of the principal book stores in Cochabamba,
is owmed by Krrs. Alfred Lublin and Werner Gutentag. Mrs. Lublin lives in La
Paz and takes no part in the management of the store. the is the wife of a
'well-kuoum physician, and is not believed to be responsible for the receipt.of
this propaganda. "source is of the opinion that GUtentag, who has a bad reputation,
may be the person responsible for the propaganda traffic.
