1. A new sporting organization has been founded in Hungary under the name
of the "Partisan Sporting Club" (Sportive Association of the Partisans).'
It is a pars--military organization set up by the Government, a type of
militia under the camouflage of a sport club.
2. The first organizational step taken by the new organization was to set
up firing sections. Twenty-two of these firing sections have been set
up in various Hungarian cities, and 28 more are to be organized shortly
in the provincial centers. In addition, 31 motorized sections and
fifteen ski squads have been set up.
3. The club expects to have 12 aviation sections by 15 February where special
flying instructions can be given to young workers and peasants without
their having to leave either their jobs or the area in which they live.
4. L mechanics9 course will be established by 1 February and plans are being
-worked out to give Partisan Sport Club members instruction in photography
and the use of portable radio transmitters.
