Thank you so much for your note of 15th February and I can
imagine the controversy involved in reducing numbers at the
C.I.A.! I have in fact retained a connection with Chloride,
in that I have become non-executive Deputy Chairman, and so
look forward to the day when our sodium sulphur batteries
will power submarines from one end of the earth to the next!
It was very good of you to write and I look forward to our
next meeting - possibly in Kentucky in mid-year's
