Coast of Crimea
About four miles west of Cape AITOiiOR at approximately 800 meters away:
three buildings with towers having metal cupolas. It was not ascertained
whether or not there were any weapons.
On BY711-14ii:N HILL, (lat. 45.02.8 North - long. 35.33 East): on the crest
of the hill rose a very high antenna.
The topography of the eastern side of the KERCH channel was considerably
modified in comparison with that reported on the nautical chart.
The coast in question, as indicated on the enclosed sketch in which the
traced line indicates a large quay with several railroad tracks running
alongside, several sheds lined up parallel to the quay, various other
smaller buildings, and a number of signal li.=hts.

After a few minutes, two more submarines of the same type appeared, com-
ing from Cape KHt;RSONESi; and after having overtaken the former, together
they headed southeast.

SINZEWA Harbor (ZHDANOV)
Refer to enclosure (2).
(1) Coal mole: two mooring posts; four bucket cranes.
(2) Coal quay:
(a) In the embankment construction area two barges were noted;
(b) i4iachinery: 8 bucket cranes.
(3) Iron ore mole: four cranes along the southern edge (c) and four along
the northern edge (d).
(4) Floating dock: a Russian tanker of about 3500 tons in dock.
(5) New mole or pier which serves all the industrial installations which
are located immediately at the head of the pier.
(6) Three industrial establishments, the most important of which is a
steel mill. (Six blast furnaces were noticed.)
