a destroyer with the following distinguishing
marks was seen running on course northeast at high speed about 30
seamiles southeast of Fated, flush, continuous dock, two plump stacks
of almost equal height, and with large space between them; two
sts an twin od or tripod, with the first mast closely drawn to
the command bridge.f d of the first stack and the secona
mast forward of second stack but somewhat stepped aft of stack;
a lar, , longish bulb on the focsle,,
the Soviet ensign was
clearly seen. A star either painted or as relief work was seen
at the upper edge of the bow,
