A small tripod mast forward of the stack, and a round mass at the base of the small mast above the forebridge were noted. Abaft the stack and as far as the stern turret, the deck is level, and on it noted a round mass, as shown on attached sketch, covered with tarpaulin tied down with ropes. The two tenders were closer to shore, and iihey were ordinary supply vessels, about 80 meters long. A submarine was observed surfacing near the superdestroyer The submarine's silhouette is shown ori attached sketch. It appeared to be unarmed, and its deck was very flat and rose about one meter above water. The conning tower was located forward of midship. Its length - 1 could not be estimated. The fishing vessels did not have any equipment for trawling. , at latitude 43? 10' and longitude 340 20' in the Black Sea, a naval supply vessel of about 800-1,000 tons gross and 70-80 meters long, was observed in the distance with a crane working over the starboard. At pier No. 6 was seen a steel floating dock about 100 meters long. Black Sea The area shown on the accompanying sketch is restricted to navigation and used by Soviet naval vessels for exercises. At the end of the channel is a round buoy with a green light, which serves as entrance light (letter A on sketch). The red light is located at the head of the pier (letter B on sketch). The green light of the northern entrance is located at the head of the northern breakwater (letter C on sketch). The red light of the northern entrance is located at the head of the southern breakwater (letter D on sketch). On the southern breakwater is located another red light (letter E on sketch). The corresponding green light is on a round buoy (letter F on sketch). A masonry building houses the coal weighing scale (letter G on sketch). It is located near a beach, indicated by broken lines on the sketch. Four fixed-jib cranes mounted on rails, of 10-ton capacity, Soviet make, used for loading coal (letter H on sketch).
