1. T .winter and $uflIer uniform of the R nian Army was the same color and
dt#le as that worn by Rumanian - 6eeurity, -land-based border guard, and air
fcce troops. This uniform consisted of dark-olive-green trousers, tunic,
and a service cap. The color of the summer uniform was olive-green. The
piping-on the trouser seam$, the crown ' seam of the service cap, and the
cap band renresented the arm, or branch 'of service, in which the individual

The winter and summer uniform of the Rumanian security forces was the
same color as that of the Rumanian Army'uniform. The piping on the 25X1
trouser seams and on the service-cap crown was a bright1 cornflower-
blue. Officers' shoulder boards had a gold background withbright blue
stripes and piping; senior-grade EM wore bright blue shoulder 'boards
?witth' gold metal stripes. Both officers and EM wore collar flashes with
rose-red piping .and . a -bright-, blue background Occasionally- officers
